Parker Place — 87 Parker Street, Chelsea, MA 02150 — Video Tour

87 Parker Street, Chelsea, MA 02150 · Parker Place
Published on March 13, 2019, this tour presents the finished Parker Place at launch. The walkthrough introduces the boutique building and its open-space-concept interiors — kitchen, living and dining combined in one area, with the bedrooms and baths tucked at the back for privacy and separation — together with the high ceilings and natural light the project was marketed on.
Parker Place is a twelve-condominium, new-construction building at 87 Parker Street: eleven two-bedroom, two-bath homes and one two-bedroom, one-bath home. The 2019 records describe frame construction with fiber-cement siding and a rubber roof on a 0.18-acre lot, forced-air gas heat and central air with individual unit controls, and in-unit laundry. Each home carried one deeded off-street parking space, and condominium fees covered master insurance, the elevator, exterior maintenance, landscaping, snow and refuse removal, and reserves.
Jeffrey Bowen’s transaction register records eleven Parker Place sales in June through August 2019 alone, as the building sold through its first season. The building sits at the corner of Spencer Avenue in Chelsea, reached by Route 1 or Route 16 via Webster Avenue and Broadway. It is preserved on this site as a complete development archive — original marketing, floor plans and unit records included.
