Homes were planned around an open-concept kitchen, living and dining area with the bedrooms and baths set at the back for privacy, and the building offers an elevator, deeded parking, outdoor spaces, high ceilings and in-unit laundry.
The building stands at the corner of Spencer Avenue in Chelsea, in Suffolk County. The project’s own directions run from Route 1 or Route 16 to Webster Avenue, then Broadway, and on to Parker Street — a short drive from Boston, which was the pitch in the original announcement: new construction close to the city. Parker Place remains one of the defining new-condominium projects on this Chelsea street.
