Spencer Lofts was a textile factory most notably known for its Everlastic and Buster Brown shoe factory that was housed here. In 2004 The factory was converted into 100 residential loft homes with the Spencer Lofts Art Gallery. The lofts are classic brick and beam lofts with wood timber ceilings. Every loft has a different configuration and no two lofts are the same. Some of the lofts feature 15 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, bi or tri-level configuration, concrete floors, large windows, outdoor patios and balconies, exposed interior brick, granite counters and much more. All the lofts feature in loft Laundry, Central Air conditioning, assigned parking and they all share the common 3,000 square foot roof deck. The Spencer Lofts are affordable and are available for rent or for sale.
