Spencer Lofts was a textile factory most notably known for its Everlastic and Buster Brown shoe factory that was housed here. In 2004 The factory was converted into 100 residential loft homes with the Spencer Lofts Art Gallery. The lofts are classic brick and beam lofts with wood timber ceilings. Every loft has a different configuration and no two lofts are the same. Some of the lofts feature 15 foot ceilings, hardwood floors, bi or tri-level configuration, concrete floors, large windows, outdoor patios and balconies, exposed interior brick, granite counters and much more. Spencer Lofts is wonderful community of artists and professionals alike. Spencer Lofts are brick and beam factory lofts that were converted into residences in 2005.
