The Beacon Condominiums at 81 Broadway is a 10-unit condominium conversion by Roback Real Estate at the former Beacon Cafe property. Jeffrey Bowen sold the original building to Roback, then listed, marketed and sold all 10 condominium units in the 2014 sellout. Jeffrey later returned to the building to resell Unit 1, extending his relationship with the property from the original building sale through development sellout and secondary-market resale.

The Beacon Condominiums are 11 luxury residential condos that have been carved out of a turn of the century brick commercial building that was home to the infamous Beacon Café’. Many films have had scenes shot in the historic Bar.
