The Spencer lofts are 100 residential lofts that were converted in 2004 from the Everlastik Shoe factory most notably known for the Buster Browns Brand that made here. The lofts are home to the Spencer Lofts Art Gallery, which is part of the Annual Chelsea Art Walk on June 15th and 16th from 12:00 -6:00. There are two malls in Chelsea now, lots of great restaurants and Chelsea is close to Boston. Route 16, 99, the Ted Williams Tunnel and The Tobin Bridge are all accessible.
