One of the coolest lofts @ Spencer Lofts and it has just been rented!

This Spencer Loft may be gone for the next 12 months, however I have more here to rent.

I still have 3 more if you know anyone who wants to live in a cool loft at an affordable price?

Prices for loft rentals range from $1,350 -$1,800 and the square footage ranges from 667-1,800 square feet. The average loft is around 900 square feet. Lofts are also for sale here from $192,000 -$330,000.

I am a resident of Spencer lofts and I have really enjoyed the last 2+ years here.

The Chelsea art walk is coming up soon on June 12th and 13th and that will be fun.
