Where the companion video stays inside a single unit, this tour presents 932 Broadway as a whole: the designer condominiums as Broadway Capital finished them and as Jeffrey Bowen brought them to market in March 2021. The camera covers the model interiors and the specification that repeats across the building — imported Italian kitchen cabinets, Bosch stainless appliances, Calcutta Gold quartz counters, Grohe faucets, white-oak hardwood floors, and ceramic-tiled baths with frameless glass showers.
The project converted a former nursing-home property, originally built in 1992, into 32 residential condominiums plus one commercial condominium that Broadway Capital retained for its own headquarters. Jeffrey Bowen sold all 32 residential units in the 2020–2021 sellout; the building page linked below keeps the development archive, including renderings, floor plans, and the model-unit record. Each condominium came with one parking space, per the video’s original description.
On Broadway in Chelsea, the building layered in the systems a new condominium buyer expects: on-site management, security cameras, key-fob access, and Schlage smart locks at the doors, plus two elevators, a large common roof deck, a media room, bicycle storage, and a patio and grill space in common. The video’s description called 932 Broadway Chelsea’s most anticipated condo development to date — this tour is that claim, on camera.
