Filmed for Parker Place’s March 2019 launch, this one-minute tour introduces the twelve new condominiums at 87 Parker Street the way the first open-house visitors saw them: new construction throughout, an open arrangement of kitchen, living, and dining space, and bedrooms and baths set apart at the back of each home for privacy. High ceilings and in-unit laundry, both documented in the building’s listing record, are part of what the camera is selling.
Parker Place is a boutique building of twelve new-construction condos built in 2019 — eleven two-bedroom, two-bath homes and one two-bedroom, one-bath home — in an elevator building with one deeded off-street parking space per unit. The listing record describes frame construction with fiber-cement siding on a 0.18-acre lot.
