Hello Everyone,

I just got off the phone with Brian Comer at Advanced and the Federal goverment has declared Massachusetts to be in an emergency situtation with all the rain we have been getting. They are now requiring a reinspection on all fha loans that have not already been funded. This is going to cause total chaos! Call your closing atty and find out if this will affect your closing in the next day or so. Pray for Sun.
