J. H. Kibby and Son were prominent builders in Massachusetts. Their construction skills are reflected in this house. They were responsible for building such notable structures as Saugus Town Hall complex and marketed themselves mainly as church builders, although the Mount Washington School in Everett was also contracted out to them.

Notes on this record: the remarks above date the house “circa 1900” while the post’s own history and the structured record say circa 1895 / 1895 — both are carried as recorded. The gallery’s 34 photographs are the previous sale’s watermarked shoot (the “WillardWatermarked” set, attached to the property’s earlier post), carried here because this post’s own gallery shortcode presents them and its head note says so; the sellers’ updated pictures referenced in that note were part of the paste’s hotlinked set and belong to the hotlink-import queue. The record’s “Foundation Size: 9,999,999” is placeholder data of the class excluded throughout this program and is not carried as a fact.
