From the original 2019 listing

Here is an enormous home in the hidden cul de sac that feels more like living in a suburb and not the city. This home sits upon a very large corner lot. The home was built in 1985 and the same family has lived there ever since. The home has a driveway, a detached garage and a fenced large back yard. Great for entertaining, pets and children. It’s a shame we can’t see it now because the prideful owner has manicured trees, bushes and plantings with mulched beds. The home was just painted, the gleaming hardwood floors shine bright and there is central a/c for those warm summer days. The house is currently being utilized as a 3 bedroom with two family rooms. The home could possibly be turned into a five bedroom as there are two large rooms in the lower level that have the potential to be converted to sleeping areas, a home office, gym or other uses. The home is very unique and we expect a lot of interest. Two open houses on Sat and Sun from 2:30-4:00PM.

2019 listing notes, preserved for the record: the disclosure states the home is all original and will need upgrades and updating, however has been well cared for. The archive banner block that headed the stored post is program chrome from an earlier pass and is superseded by the archive head above; the record’s book and page read 0, as recorded. The post’s own captioned photograph is carried in place above; the listing’s 30 photographs and floor plan (the slideshow counter read “1 of 30”) — imported from the preserved MLSPIN archive into this site’s own library — are the galleries above, and the post no longer depends on MLSPIN for any content.
