From the original 2017 listing
Here is a bi-level two bedroom+den condo with a deck that overlooks a private yard on one of the best streets in Chelsea. I like to call the neighborhood the Beacon Hill or the South End Of Chelsea in the waterfront district as the properties are reminicent of those neighborhoods. Convenient to Boston, walk to everything with easy access to Boston. Close to shopping, dining, The Chelsea Yacht Club, Admirals Hill and The waterfront Mary O’Malley State Park. There is a dog park close by, there is a new park on the way. Live near Boston without the price tag of other expensive cities such as Cambridge, Somerville, Charlestown, East Boston and South Boston. This listing should not last very long on the market, so don’t wait and miss out.
2017 listing notes, preserved for the record: the disclosures state that the rented parking is month to month in two lots close by, by private owners, and can’t be guaranteed. The contact line in the post’s introduction (a legacy bostonjeff.com address) and the archive banner block above it are dropped as contact/program chrome, superseded by the standard contact block below. Recorded, not harmonized: the remarks describe a “two bedroom+den” condo while the structured record reads 2 bedrooms and 5 total rooms, and the record’s fireplace and unit-placement fields are blank — those gaps are kept as gaps. Photo note: the paste’s slideshow counter read “1 of 23,” and the stored body displayed 23 of the shoot’s 24 numbered frames inline. The shoot survives complete in this site’s own library as the numbered, watermarked series 34medwaystreetunit1chelseawatermarkpics2017-1-of-24 through 24-of-24 — verified against the record and by viewing the frames (the brick rowhouse whose front door is numbered 34, and its private yard) — and the gallery above carries the complete series in numeric order, including frame 4 (attachment 151204), which the stored body did not display inline. Two further frames of the same shoot, verified by viewing, are placed with it: a front-door detail exposure (attachment 151200), placed after frame 2, and the private yard at night (attachment 151225, img_1539) — the slide the stored body led with — placed last. Frame 2 survives in the library as five byte-identical attachment records (MD5 b3e00ea57c4bc781f354e9d0d5f9be7a); the gallery places the record the stored body itself displays (151202) and does not repeat the image. The one photograph this listing borrowed from MLSPIN — the paste’s preview frame — was imported into the library in the Wave 2 pass (attachment 354245) and proved on viewing to be the same photograph as frame 1, MLSPIN’s unwatermarked copy of the street view, so it is not placed a second time; the attachment stands, parented to this post, as its preserved copy. One frame the stored body displayed is not this property: attachment 151165 (88-90broadway-2-of-15), a street view from the 88–90 Broadway shoot, parented to post 151152 — it is excluded from the gallery. All attachments are referenced where they live; nothing was reparented, moved or deleted. One library-metadata error is flagged, not repeated: the series’ filenames and several frames’ stored alt texts misname the street as “Medway” — the record, the post’s title and its tax PIN establish 34 Medford Street (media metadata was not edited in this batch). The listing’s 26 photographs are the gallery above, and the post no longer depends on MLSPIN for any content.
