Porter 156 Lofts are 216 lofts that were converted in 2005 from a former bra factory. The Boston lofts are located right next to Logan International Airport in East Boston MA 02128. The MBTA blue line airport T stop in seconds from the lofts. 2 stops on the blue line and you are downtown on Aquarium, State Street or Government Center stops, which connect to the Green and Orange lines. 156 Porter Street # 123 is a Boston Redevelopment Authority Unit(BRA) which means the prices are lower and are income restricted. The income restrictions are hardly that these days. BRA guidelines for this property for 2012 are 1 person = $82,150, 2 people = $93,900, 3 people $105,600 and 4 people = $117,350.
