I am showing condos in Brookline this weekend.

Brookline seems to always be a hot market and seems somewhat insulated from major price drops. I hope to find my new clients a 1 or a 2 bedroom around $250,000. I suggested Brighton in the Cleveland circle area and they do not want to look at properties in Brighton, however I am showing them a place in Brighton because 1 block could be the difference between a 2 bed with parking on an upper floor or a basment 1 bed with no parking for the same price! A zip code is just a zip code unless you have children in public schools.
