This one-minute video, published April 22, 2019, is devoted to a single home: Unit 201 at Parker Place, a two-bedroom, one-bath condo with a roof deck. It was filmed late in the building’s first sales season, when the project’s own announcement counted only two homes left — Unit 503 and this one.
Unit 201 is the Parker Place floor plan’s exception: of the twelve new condos at 87 Parker Street, eleven were built with two baths, and Unit 201 is the one two-bedroom, one-bath home. Like its neighbours it was laid out on the building’s open-space concept — kitchen, living and dining combined, bedrooms and baths at the back — in a building with an elevator, deeded parking, high ceilings and abundant natural light. No MLS number for Unit 201 is printed in the correlated post, so none is claimed here.
Parker Place, completed in 2019 at the corner of Spencer Avenue, was one of the defining new-condominium projects of Jeffrey Bowen’s Chelsea record, and he sold the building through its first season.
