Spencer Lofts, at 60 Dudley Street, is a 100-loft community converted from a factory in 2004 — the building’s guide on this site traces it to the Everlastic and Buster Brown shoe factory, and its homes carry the exposed brick, timber ceilings and large windows of that conversion. Individual lofts in the building were marketed with in-unit laundry, central air, assigned parking and a shared roof deck, with layouts and finishes varying unit by unit.
