Porter 156 converted a former bra factory at 156 Porter Street in East Boston into 216 lofts in 2005, and by 2010 it was the anchor of Bowen’s East Boston rental practice. The original description sold the arithmetic as much as the apartment: full loft living in East Boston, a mile from parts of Boston renting for multiples of the price.
The building stands a short walk from the Airport station on the Blue Line, beside the Bremen Street park corridor, steps from Logan Airport and minutes from downtown.
