This video, published September 25, 2020, opens the doors at 932 Broadway as presales began. It walks the model unit for a development of 33 designer condos, marketed by Jeffrey Bowen — then newly with REALWAY Realty — and developed by Broadway Capital Inc., with occupancy planned for early 2021.

Broadway Capital converted a former nursing-home property, originally built in 1992, into 32 residential condominiums plus one commercial condo it kept for its own headquarters. The homes were finished with imported Italian kitchen cabinetry, Bosch stainless appliances, Calacatta Gold quartz counters, Grohe faucets and white-oak flooring, with ceramic-tile baths and frameless-glass showers. The building runs two elevators and offers a large common roof deck, a media room, bicycle storage, parking and a patio and grill space.

The sellout that followed is the building’s place in Jeffrey Bowen’s record: he sold all 32 residential condominiums during the 2020–2021 COVID-era market, one of the largest single-building sales campaigns of his career. The development archive on this site preserves the project’s renderings, floor plans and original marketing.
