2018 listing notes, preserved for the record: this post carried two complete MLSPIN listing reports — Unit 1 (MLS #72389820) and Unit 3 (MLS #72340268) — and both are preserved here at the combined-property level, as published. Recorded, not harmonized: the post’s own head text (carried verbatim above) says Unit #3 “has been reduced to $325,000,” while Unit 3’s record shows $325,000 as its original June 6, 2018 price, changed the same day UP to $350,000. Unit 1’s structured unit level reads 2 while its room table places every room on level 1 and its remarks call it a “1st floor” condo. Unit 3’s structured bedroom count reads 1 while its remarks and room table describe two bedrooms (the second “very small,” usable as a den). Unit 3’s $639.20/sq. ft. figure reconciles at neither its $325,000 nor its $350,000 price. Unit 1’s disclosures: the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave are included in the sale; the washer and dryer are not included but negotiable at this price level; the condo was being sold “as is” at this price level; and the sellers had blown in insulation for $5,000. Unit 3’s record states no disclosures. The head’s email, text, open-house and sign-off lines are dropped as contact chrome, superseded by the standard contact block below. The gallery above carries the union of both records’ photographs in record order — Unit 1’s slideshow counter read “1 of 27” and Unit 3’s “1 of 21”; the 48 keys resolve to the 40 unique photographs placed here, byte-identical duplicates placed once — imported from the preserved MLSPIN archive into this site’s own library, and the post no longer depends on MLSPIN for any content.
