Spencer Lofts, Brick and Beam Factory lofts that were converted in 2004/2005. 100 Chelsea lofts with the Spencer lofts Art Gallery. High ceilings, large windows, assigned parking and a common roof deck are some of the features of Spencer lofts. These lofts are affordable for rent or for sale.

Loft Rentals here range from $1,350 -$1,800 and lofts for sale here range from $199,000 -$330,000. We will not be able to see all of the lofts but if you are interested in the Spencer Lofts community private showings can be arranged for the sellers and tenants who like to schedule showings by appointment only.

If you are a buyer please be pre approved for a mortgage and if you are a tenant please have a good job, good references, at least marginal great and/or a lot of cash! If you are not pre approved that is OK, however it is strongly preferred.
