Spencer Lofts is located just 1/2 a mile to Logan Airport. 60 Dudley Street. Route 16, 1, the Tobin bridge, the Chelsea street bridge and the Ted Williams Tunnel are all a minute away for a commuter’s dream. The commuter rail(1 stop to north Station) and the MBTA bus system runs through Chelsea. The Blue line MBTA is accessable through Revere or East Boston. The Spencer Lofts art gallery is here and there is a thriving art and artist seen happening here. Shhhh. Don’t tell anyone or the prices might get too high like the rest of Boston.
Chelsea is only 1.8 Square miles in diameter and the prices are so good that it is hard to pass up. Drive 1.5 Miles to South Boston and expect to pay double or triple the price for the same loft.
