20 Willard Street is the Charles Kibby House built in circa 1900 by J. H. KIbby and Son. CHarles is the son of the building firm. THe Victorian was built to include a second mirror image dwelling on the other side of the cellar to attic roof brick wall for Charles’ son Frank who owned a jewelry emporium on Broadway, Chelsea.. THe two built in glass doored cupboards and the unusually spacious and numerous closets reflect a forward thinking Charles Kibby in Victorian times. J. H. KIbby and Son were prominent builders in Massachusetts. Their construction skills are reflected.
